Emergency / Single-Visit Payments
For single-visit procedures, our policy is that payment is due in full at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover).
Check and/or Cash Discount
Full Payment at Time of Service w/ Check or Cash - 5% savings for cash or check payment at the time treatment is rendered over $1500.00.
